It's super simple to support our students—all you have to do is link your Food City ValuCard to our school! Once linked, every qualifying grocery trip automatically earns points to help fund classroom supplies and equipment.

Starting tomorrow, August nineteenth, no one will be allowed in the parking lot to line up for parent pick up until 2:45PM. There have been a few safety concerns with our gym classes and classes outside at recess. Anyone arriving before two forty five will be asked to leave and return at the correct time. Also, unless it is an emergency, please pick up students leaving early before 2:30PM. This will help with traffic flow and student safety as office staff is helping with parent pick up and mail pick up of students. Thank you for your help with these matters and working with us to improve our parent pick up and student safety.

Please remember that pre kindergarten and kindergarten students need to turn in a physical and updated immunization records to the school. If you have not done so, please get this taken care of as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please contact the school at 276-728-7312 and speak with our school nurse, Anne Miller.

We have a new parent pick up and drop off line this year. Please read over the procedure and steps attached. There will also be maps at open house to help. Please have your yellow card visible to assist in keeping the parent pick up line moving as quick as possible.

The Back to School Bash is TONIGHT @ CCHS from 4-7PM. Join us for an evening of free school supplies, community vendors, games, music, free haircuts, and more!

Parents & Guardians:
Continued Zone Transfer forms and Continued Non-Resident Student forms are due to Central Office by Friday, May 1, 2026. These forms were mailed to each student currently classified as a "continued student." Forms are also available and can be submitted on the Carroll County Public Schools Website.
Transfer New students requesting Non-Resident status or a Zone
Transfer can access and submit these forms online as well.
